Start by submitting your picnic details through our contact form. Information such as your desired date, time, location, occasion, and guest count to confirm availability. We require at least 48 hours notice for bookings.  Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. 

After we receive your contact form we will send over a PDF for you to view and select your preferences. We will confirm availability after checking our calendar, will send over a proposal, contract, and invoice to secure your picnic date. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. We also require a credit card to hold on file in case of damages or lateness. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your scheduled picnic date. 

We take your color and style preference that you selected on the brochure (along with other inspiration photos you provide) to create your curated picnic. We select all the materials and products from our in-house inventory and order florals from local florists. Thank you for trusting our creativity and design, we hope to leave you pleased and happy with your customized picnic! 

You will receive an email with your picnic details and our day-of contact information no less then 24 hours prior to your picnic date.

For public locations we aim to choose the best available spot that has the most privacy and ideal scenery. 

We look forward to curating and setting up your ideal picnic!  For public locations, a team member will be waiting at the picnic location to greet you for your arrival. We do not stay at the site during your picnic. If for any reason you would like to leave before your reservation ends, you must give us a 20 minute text/call notice. Please arrive on time to avoid surcharges.
